1:52 a.m. Officers responded to a noise complaint involving people screaming and smoking cigarettes outside at Fourth and Oak streets. All was quiet when officers arrived.
6:04 a.m. Officers found a dog on Mountain Vista Circle and took it to the shelter.
9:50 a.m. Sheriff's deputies and Colorado State Patrol officers responded to a single-car accident at mile marker 143 on Rabbit Ears Pass. The driver ran off the road, possibly because of a medical condition. The driver was not seriously injured, and no other cars were involved.
10:03 a.m. A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation on the 1600 block of Mid Valley Drive.
11:29 a.m. A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under suspension in the Dream Island Mobile Home plaza.
11:44 a.m. Children were reported playing with paintballs at a playground in the 200 block of Park Avenue. Officers responded.
1:27 p.m. A brown dog with a white neck reportedly was on the loose and chasing children riding bikes in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane.
1:57 p.m. Officers removed a dead animal from the road in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
4:03 p.m. Sheriff's deputies responded to an assault and battery report in the 42000 block of Routt County Road 76 near Hayden. Two teenage brothers were involved in the case, which is under investigation. One brother sustained a head injury and was released after treatment. No arrests were made.
