Friday, Nov. 4

1:25 a.m. A man reportedly was yelling, screaming and slamming doors in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:11 a.m. A taxi driver reportedly dropped off a client on Buena Vista Court and was waiting for the man to get money to pay for the ride. When the man never returned and didn't answer his door, the driver contacted police.

7:48 a.m. A woman reportedly ran a school bus stop sign near Walton Creek Road and Village Drive. The driver was found and issued a citation.

8:06 a.m. A woman reportedly saw juveniles loitering and smoking cigarettes in the 100 block of Maple Street.

8:29 a.m. Someone reportedly was speeding in the 300 block of River Road. The driver was not located.

8:46 a.m. A woman reportedly received several harassing text messages on her phone in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

9:14 a.m. A forgery and impersonation report was taken in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:28 a.m. A 43-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of harassment and obstructing a telephone in the 200 block of Main Street in Oak Creek.

10:35 a.m. An elementary school principal reportedly was concerned about a first-grade student in the 200 block of Park Avenue.

10:48 a.m. An organizer-type briefcase reportedly was stolen in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

10:59 a.m. A woman and her employer reportedly were arguing in the 1900 block of Alpine Plaza. The woman wanted to report an assault, but officers decided no crime had been committed.

12:15 p.m. A man reportedly was receiving harassing phone calls in the 300 block of Anglers Drive.

2:14 p.m. A man reportedly had his bicycle stolen from the 1300 block of Indian Trails two weeks ago and was waiting to see whether the thief would return it. Since the bike had not been returned, the man reported it missing.

2:32 a.m. Someone reportedly wanted to mail a rifle from a business in the 1600 block of Mid Valley Drive. The rifle reportedly still had a live round of ammunition in it. Officers took the ammo out so the rifle could be mailed safely.

4:00 p.m. A CD player reportedly was stolen out of a vehicle in the 1300 block of 13th Street.

7:41 p.m. A gas skip worth $27 was reported in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. The driver later returned to the gas station to pay for the gas.

10:42 p.m. People reportedly were being loud in the area of Sparta Plaza. The residents were gone when officers arrived.

11:02 p.m. A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue.
