1:58 a.m. A 27-year-old woman reportedly was arrested near Eagleridge Drive and Walton Creek Road on suspicion of driving under revocation and without proof of insurance.
7:53 a.m. A man reportedly had his car stolen in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza. A report was taken.
8:02 a.m. A kitten reportedly was picked up in the 2800 block of Elk River Road and taken to the animal shelter.
8:10 a.m. A street sign reportedly was downed near Blue Sage and Ridge View drives. An abandoned bicycle also reportedly was "hiding in the weeds" in the area.
9:59 a.m. A gas skip of less than $20 was reported in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. The vehicle was found, and the driver returned to pay for the gas.
10:27 a.m. A track hoe reportedly was unloaded on private property in the 1800 block of Shield Drive.
10:55 a.m. A man and woman reportedly were arguing in the 39000 block of Amethyst Drive.
11:31 a.m. Two "vicious" dogs reportedly would not let a FedEx delivery man out of his truck to deliver a package in the 1400 block of Conestoga Circle.
12:45 p.m. A two-car, noninjury accident reportedly occurred near Mount Werner Circle and Eagleridge Drive.
1:00 p.m. A 45-year-old woman reportedly was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.
1:24 p.m. Yampa Fire District firefighters reportedly wet some grass on Colorado Highway 131 south of Yampa, where some people were working on a boxcar on the railroad, so that nothing took off in the gusty winds.
2:48 p.m. A car reportedly ran a school bus's red light near Third and Oak streets. The driver was found and given a citation.
2:57 p.m. A dog that is "never on a leash" reportedly was chasing children in the 2600 block of Alpenglow Way.
5:03 p.m. Someone at the probation office in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue was refusing to take a drug and alcohol test.
