5:04 a.m. A man suffering from emotional problems reportedly was taken into custody for a mental health evaluation.
6:09 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident occurred in the 35000 block of East U.S. Highway 40.
7:28 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident occurred on Anchor Way.
7:48 a.m. Graffiti was reported on the Pump House at Howelsen Hill. The incident is under investigation.
10:37 a.m. A man was reported looking into car windows in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. Officers warned and advised the man.
11:47 a.m. A semi backed into a pickup in the 1200 block of Hilltop Parkway.
11:49 a.m. A man overcharged his credit card at the Holiday Inn.
7:18 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident occurred in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.
9:25 p.m. Pumpkins reportedly were smashed in the unit block of Maple Street.
