7:26 a.m. Trash reportedly was strewn by a bear in the 1300 block of Blue Sage Drive, but no violation was given because the trash cans were "bear proof."
7:28 a.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. No suspect information was reported.
7:29 a.m. A possible gas leak was reported in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Atmos Energy was notified, and everything was OK.
8:03 a.m. A radio reportedly was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of River Road.
8:15 a.m. A construction level was turned in to the police department.
8:24 a.m. Two dogs at large were reported in the 2400 block of Ski Trail Lane. Their owners were not at home, and the animals were taken to the shelter.
8:45 a.m. A dog at large was reported in the 200 block of Blue Sage Circle, but it was gone when officers arrived.
9:17 a.m. A theft was reported in the 800 block of Weiss Drive. The key to the apartment and $171 were missing. The case is under investigation.
9:53 a.m. A new luggage CD case and CDs reportedly were stolen from an unlocked car in the 200 block of River Road.
10:16 a.m. A probation violation was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, and the person was taken to jail.
11:02 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue. Two men were seen videotaping children, but upon further investigation, nothing criminal was cited.
11:04 a.m. A purse was reported missing in the 800 block of Yampa Street.
2:39 p.m. A dog at large was reported in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. The owner received a citation.
2:47 p.m. A male shoplifter was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive and was issued a summons on suspicion of theft.
6:07 p.m. A private tow of a vehicle was reported in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive.
8:09 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue. Another individual witnessed the accident at 7:15 p.m. and left a note on the vehicle that was hit.
10:47 p.m. A fight about beer between two intoxicated people was reported in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza. No charges were issued.
