1:16 a.m. Two people reportedly were arguing outside a bar in the 1000 block of Hillpoint Drive. They were issued warnings and are not allowed to return to the bar.

1:17 a.m. A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:29 a.m. A mountain bike, which previously was reported stolen, was found near Hilltop Parkway and Tamarack Drive.

2:28 a.m. Police contacted an intoxicated man, who was barefoot, covered in mud and in the river near the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue. After the police talked to the man, they deduced he had stolen the bike found an hour earlier. The man confessed and was arrested on suspicion of theft and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

10:58 a.m. Property reportedly was damaged at Steamboat Springs High School.

12:30 p.m. Vehicles reportedly were parked in an unloading zone in front of Soda Creek Elementary School. One vehicle was ticketed.

12:53 p.m. An ambulance was requested for a man who had been electrocuted while plugging in a fan. The man was semiconscious and breathing. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

2:26 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault in the 400 block of Anglers Drive in a domestic violence issue.

3:05 p.m. An unattended animal control vehicle, which inadvertently was left in reverse instead of park on Ninth Street, rolled across the street, hit a Jeep and then the side of a building. The vehicles had minor damage, and the building had almost no damage.

3:40 p.m. An former student who was not supposed to be on campus was reported at Steamboat Springs High School.

4:07 p.m. Extra patrol was requested for speeding vehicles on Pamela Lane.

4:40 p.m. A mountain bike was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.

5:17 p.m. A suspicious man was reported at a store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The man reportedly made inappropriate comments about sexual favors to a store employee. The man could not be located.

5:52 p.m. Unauthorized people reportedly were using a vehicle-driving course set up by the Steamboat Springs Fire Department in the Meadows parking lot.

10:34 p.m. A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
