Marian A W Coakley: Save the barn

Recently I was in Steamboat Springs and had a wonderful time. While shopping downtown I saw the picture of a beautiful barn on a postcard. It is located near one of the lower ski parking lots.
However, when I went to find and see it for myself, I noticed that this barn was not in the best of shape. That is such a shame. My question is, will Steamboat Springs restore this barn before it falls down?
I'd hate to see that happen. Are there any plans for the restoration of this beautiful classic barn?
