Alexandra Edwina Noyes, daughter of Cassie and Andrew Noyes of Denver, was born at 6:20 p.m. March 12. She weighed 5 pounds and 1 ounce, and was 17 inches long. Her grandparents are Donna and Aaron Silberstrom of Highland, Md., and Ann and Hal Noyes of Steamboat Springs.
