1:21 a.m. Several minors were cited on suspicion of possession of alcohol in the 700 block of Conifer Circle. One person was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and careless driving after a neighbor reported the person was drunk when he left the party and drove.

12:20 p.m. Two of the individuals who were involved in the underage drinking incident earlier were arrested on suspicion of harassment and retaliation against a victim when they reportedly returned to the 700 block of Conifer Circle and honked a car horn and made obscene gestures toward the house belonging to the neighbor who reported them.

12:42 p.m. Several cars in the area of Seventh and Oak streets were issued warnings after parking on the wrong side of the street.

12:42 p.m. A registered sex offender was arrested on suspicion of harassment after he made lewd and sexually explicit comments to a woman in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

1:16 p.m. A wallet was reported stolen in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:35 p.m. A child reportedly was locked in a car with the windows rolled up in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive. When officers arrived, the mother was there, and no tickets were issued.

2:03 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken.

2:34 p.m. Police contacted a man after he allegedly spit in the direction of a woman who tried to stop him from speeding in the 200 block of River Road. The woman reportedly stepped out into the middle of the road in an attempt to stop the man, and he then spat in her general direction. Officers warned the man, and a report was taken.

2:58 p.m. A mountain bike worth $800 was reported stolen from a bike rack in the 2300 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

3:36 p.m. A woman who reportedly was drunk was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1500 block of Pine Grove Road after she tried to pick up her young daughter from a day-care center.

4:13 p.m. A man reportedly lost his Subaru Outback in the 600 block of Pine Street. The man seemed confused and located his vehicle two hours later.

7:06 p.m. A gas skip worth $40 was reported in the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle, and a report was made.

7:47 p.m. A loud construction company working after hours was reported on Clubhouse Drive, and officers advised the company.

9:45 p.m. A fireworks complaint was made near Walton Creek Road and AprÃs Ski Way.

9:46 p.m. A fireworks complaint was made in the 400 block of Eighth Street.

10:02 p.m. A fireworks complaint was re----ported in the 700 block of Tamarack Drive.
