Travis graduates magna cum laude
Savannah, Ga.
Ross Craig Travis graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in performing arts and media from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Ga., on May 28. This summer, Ross will participate in the Apprentice Workshop at the Williamstown Theatre Festival at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass. Ross is the son of Judith Travis and the late David Travis.
Local students make Wyoming honor roll

The University of Wyoming academic 2005 spring dean's and freshman honor roll includes Susan Bennett, Shannon Hurley, Justin Nettleton, Teresa Norman and Julia Patterson, all of Steamboat Springs.
Stanford named to collegiate society
West Lafayette, Ind.
Lindsay Anne Stanford of Steamboat Springs accepted membership in The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Stanford will be honored during a campus ceremony in the fall at Purdue University. Membership in NSCS indicates outstanding academic achievement.
Whiteman alumnus
graduates from Bowdoin
Brunswick, Maine
Walter Robert Pruett of Steamboat Springs graduated from Bowdoin College on May 28. He received a bachelor's degree with an interdisciplinary major in computer science and mathematics and a minor in economics. Pruett is a graduate of the Lowell Whiteman School.
