12:16 a.m. An argument between a man and a woman was reported in the 500 block of Eaglepointe Drive. The man later was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and harassment.

1:52 a.m. A drunken driving arrest was made at Eighth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

7:33 a.m. An injured deer with two broken legs was reported in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was put down.

10:35 a.m. A pit bull that attacked another dog was reported in the 400 block of Yampa Street.

1:30 p.m. A dog was reported at large in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was taken to the shelter.

2:57 p.m. A vehicle reportedly backed over a retaining wall in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue and the driver dislodged the vehicle with a crowbar. The accident was reported as a hit-and-run and is under investigation.

4:06 p.m. A person washing his car and listening to loud music was reported in the 100 block of Trafalgar Drive. When police arrived, there was no music.

4:07 p.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2300 block of Storm Meadows Drive. A truck reportedly backed into a post.

4:26 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Eighth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

5:21 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported on U.S. Highway 40 at the Mount Werner Road off ramp.

6:13 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

7:40 p.m. A woman was taken to the hospital by ambulance after reportedly being hit in the neck with a ball at the Simillion Ball Field.

8:12 p.m. A woman reportedly left a store without paying for a shopping cart full of groceries in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. She was ticketed.

11:04 p.m. A drunken driving arrest was made at Chinook Lane and Zephyr Trail.
