12:00 a.m. A load party was reported in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle. Police warned and advised the party-goers.

2:16 a.m. A door was reportedly left open in the 1200 block of 13th Street. Police checked out the building, and it was secure.

2:34 a.m. Loud music was reported in the 30 block of Sequoia Court. Police warned the party.

2:44 a.m. A 22-year-old man on foot reported in the 80 block of Anglers Drive that he was being chased by a Silver Blazer whose occupants had tried to beat him up three times. Police responded and talked with the two 18-year-old men in the car and gave them tickets for being minors in possession of alcohol. The 22-year-old was given a ride home.

8:08 a.m. A magpie reportedly was flying around in a store in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

10:58 a.m. A woman reported that multiple vehicles were parked diagonally in the 100 block of Seventh Street, and she wanted them towed. Police responded and found the vehicles were parked correctly.

11:24 a.m. Two tires of a truck reportedly had been slashed the night before in the 400 block of Howelsen Parkway. Police took a report.

11:36 a.m. A man reported in the 2900 block of Village Drive that his hand got caught in the mirror of a car door. He was taken to the hospital.

1:46 p.m. A man in a Jeep Cherokee reportedly was shooting a BB gun in the Whistler Park area. Police gave him a warning.

4:16 p.m. Fireworks reportedly were being shot off in the 2300 block of Val d'Isere Circle. Police responded.

5:24 p.m. A man in his mid-30s was found vomiting in the Yampa River off 12th Street. He was conscious.

11:10 p.m. People reportedly were talking too loudly and using obscenities in the 1300 block of Mountain Village. The people took their conversation inside.
