12:17 a.m. A bear was reported on Conifer Circle.

1:16 a.m. A person reportedly noticed that a small hole had been cut in the wall between the men's bathroom and a stall in the women's bathroom at a business in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. Managers were notified.

1:37 a.m. A suspected drunken driver was reported on U.S. Highway 40 in Mount Harris canyon.

2:29 a.m. Yelling was reported near Yahmonite and Ninth streets. Officers were unable to locate the people responsible.

2:33 a.m. A fight and yelling were reported in the 2300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. Officers were unable to locate the people responsible.

2:42 a.m. A barking dog was reported near Walton Creek Road and AprÃs Ski Way. Officers were unable to locate the dog.

4:22 a.m. A person reported that bears repeatedly were getting into trash left out overnight at a residence in the 800 block of Conifer Circle. The residents were ticketed for violating a bear ordinance.

7:09 a.m. Two suspicious men, possibly intoxicated, were reported outside a business in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:25 a.m. A person reportedly stole a dog from the animal shelter.

8:33 p.m. A person was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license on Colorado Highway 131 near milepost 56.

9 a.m. Two stop signs and posts reportedly were stolen from Poplar and Lincoln streets in Hayden.

10:22 a.m. A hit-and-run accident involving two vehicles reportedly happened the previous evening in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

10:40 a.m. A resident in the 700 block of Conifer Circle received a ticket for violating a bear ordinance.

11:40 a.m. A man in the 1400 block of Blue Sage Drive reported that a tan pit bull mix repeatedly had threatened him and his family.

11:42 a.m. A hit-and-run accident involving two vehicles was reported in a parking garage in the 2700 block of Eagle Ridge Drive.

12:35 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 31000 block of East U.S. 40.

1:01 p.m. A large German shepherd reportedly was running along Routt County Road 129.

2:19 p.m. A Marin bicycle reportedly was stolen from a garage in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

3:17 p.m. A person was concerned about a dog inside a car on Fourth Street. The car was gone when officers arrived.

3:44 p.m. A wallet was found on Mount Werner Road.

3:51 p.m. A black Labrador retriever reportedly was running in the middle of U.S. 40 near Ski Town Campground. Officers were unable to locate the dog.

4:12 p.m. A physical altercation between two neighbors was reported near Spar and Pearl streets. It started when a dog reportedly chased a juvenile on his skateboard. The dog's owner confronted the juvenile after the juvenile reportedly threatened to hit the dog with the skateboard. The juvenile's mother then confronted the man, reportedly grabbing his arm and scratching him. The woman was cited for third-degree assault, and the man was ticketed for harassment and having a dog at large.

6:41 p.m. An argument was reported between a mother and her 16-year-old son in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. The juvenile reportedly pushed his mother and broke items in the home. He was taken to the police station and charged with criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

6:58 p.m. Officials at Yampa Valley Medical Center reported that they treated a man bitten by a Labrador in the 27000 block of Moonlight Way. The man had minor injuries to his face. The dog's owner received a ticket for having a vicious dog.

11:13 p.m. A 16-year-old boy involved in a previous argument with his mother on Tamarack Drive reportedly ran away after he returned home from the police station. Police later found him.
