12:01 a.m. A drunken driving arrest was made in the 80 block of Anglers Drive.

2:02 a.m. A man reported seeing two men dragging a woman into a hotel room in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. When officers arrived they found out that the female was severely intoxicated and that the men were only making sure she got home safe.

2:16 a.m. While officers were checking on the drunken woman in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, they noticed two drunken men getting into a vehicle in the same area and attempting to drive. Officers followed the vehicle and then arrested the driver on suspicion of driving under the influence.

2:19 a.m. A fireworks complaint was reported in the 3300 block of Covey Circle.

3:30 a.m. Loud motorcycles were reported in a parking lot in the 1500 block of Shadow Run Frontage but were gone once officers arrived.

10:37 a.m. A wallet was found and returned to a business in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

12:57 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza.

1:24 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

3:18 p.m. A bicycle was turned into police in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

5:02 p.m. Two neighbors reportedly were arguing in the 400 block of Yampa Street about one neighbor's dog defecating in the other neighbor's yard. Officers mediated the situation.

5:35 p.m. A woman reported having an argument with her mother in the 3300 block of Covey Circle. She wanted officers to return to her mother's house and retrieve her daughter. Officers did so with both parties' consent.

5:46 p.m. A 9-year-old boy was taken to the hospital in the 4200 block of Routt County Road 36 after reportedly being unconscious and not breathing. By the time the Routt County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene, the boy was breathing but was still unconscious.

5:52 p.m. A man was reported stealing a sandwich from a business in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers issued the man a theft citation and took the sandwich back.

7:32 p.m. A vehicle reportedly rolled over in an embankment in the 2500 block of Village Drive but was gone when officers arrived.

8:15 p.m. A fireworks complaint was reported in the 1500 block of Cascade Drive.

9:01 p.m. A fireworks complaint was reported in the 3400 block of Covey Circle.

10:10 p.m. A loud party was reported in the 2500 block of AprÃs Ski Way and was warned.

10:12 p.m. A fireworks complaint was reported in the 1700 block of Timothy Drive.

11:08 p.m. A drunken driving arrest was made on the Mount Werner Road off-ramp from U.S. Highway 40.
