7:57 a.m. A vehicle reportedly was blocking the entrance of Dream Island Mobile Home Community in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:54 a.m. An iPod was reported stolen from a ski locker in Gondola Square.

1:48 p.m. A vehicle reportedly was scratched in a parking structure in Steamboat Springs.

2:27 p.m. Fraud was reported in the 100 block of Ninth Street.

3:05 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

3:45 p.m. A report was made that a large group of juvenile boys was throwing snowballs and making rude comments to juvenile girls on Butcherknife Trail.

4:24 p.m. A backpack and keys were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in Ski Time Square.

5:28 p.m. Two mattresses reportedly were on fire in a pile of rubbish in the1300 block of Dream Island Mobile Home Community.

5:33 p.m. A report was made that people were dumping trash into their neighbors' trash can in the 400 block of Seventh Street.

8:26 p.m. A group of men reportedly was harassing people outside a restaurant in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

8:31 p.m. Damage was reported to a bathroom in a restaurant on Eighth Street.

8:51 p.m. A welfare check was requested for the 400 block of Yampa Street.

10:34 p.m. A front shop window in a gallery in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue reportedly was broken.

10:57 p.m. A loud party was reported in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle.

11:33 p.m. As police were responding to a loud party in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle, a 21-year-old man took one of the police officer's flashlights and tried to hide it behind his back. The man was arrested for theft and obstructing government operations.
