12:34 a.m. A noise complaint about a loud party was reported in the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage. The people were warned and advised.

12:51 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and less than 1 ounce of marijuana, and a defective headlamp at U.S. Highway 40 and Hilltop Parkway.

1:49 a.m. A vehicle reportedly went off the road near Whistler Road and Walton Creek Road. Police said the vehicle was going too fast for the conditions. No injuries were reported.

4:40 a.m. A vehicle reportedly slid off the road because of icy conditions on the 1400 block of 13th Street. No injuries were reported.

8:15 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. A window reportedly was broken overnight. The incident is being investigated, and there are no suspects.

8:16 a.m. A caravan reportedly slid at Mount Werner Road and Montview Lane, hitting a light post. No injuries were reported.

9:23 a.m. A 41-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and disregarding a red light. She reportedly sideswiped another vehicle, then was found to be driving while on prescription drugs.

10:13 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Seventh and Pine streets.

11:55 a.m. A lost cell phone was reported in the Storm Meadows Area.

11:57 a.m. A noninjury accident involving two trucks was reported in the 2500 block of Copper Ridge Drive.

11:58 a.m. Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 3200 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The victim thought she had locked her car, but there was no sign of damage, suggesting she did not, police said.

12:43 p.m. A man reported his skis stolen from outside a changing room at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area on Dec. 30, and he needed a police report for insurance purposes.

1:01 p.m. A large husky reportedly was wandering in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road and was taken to the animal shelter.

4:44 p.m. A cell phone reportedly was lost near the Yampa River.

5:52 p.m. A Steamboat Springs Transit bus slid off Walton Creek Road into a ditch because of slick road conditions.

5:58 p.m. A man in the 1000 block of The Boulevard reportedly called with questions about his neighbor's house being egged, and police answered his questions.

6:37 p.m. A 20-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal consumption and careless driving after her car went off Burgess Creek Road, stopping in a snow bank. Two passengers were in the car, and the woman was taken to the hospital with a potential back injury.

9:27 p.m. A 21-year-old man was arrested at the Gondola Tent for disorderly conduct, third-degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. He reportedly was asked to leave a concert for being rowdy. He left but then returned.
