8:39 a.m. A child reportedly was bitten by the family dog. The incident was reported from Yampa Valley Medical Center, where the child received stitches for the bite.

8:50 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near U.S. Highway 40 and Downhill Drive.

10:09 a.m. A person reportedly tried to use another person's ski pass.

12:39 p.m. The Yampa Valley Regional Airport briefly was evacuated after security officials saw a something that looked like a grenade while scanning carry-on luggage. The item was a belt buckle designed to look like a grenade, and its owner was cooperative with police.

2:22 p.m. A possible drunken driver was reported in the 100 block of 10th Street. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.

4:24 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the Knoll parking lot.

6:37 p.m. A person was arrested in suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol near Sixth and Aspen streets.

9:09 p.m. Two brothers reportedly were having a verbal argument in the 500 block of West Washington Avenue in Hayden.

11:35 p.m. A person was arrested for driving with a revoked license on West U.S. 40.
