Chase William Higgins, son of Amanda and Derrek Higgins of Steamboat Springs, was born at 5:12 p.m. Feb. 11, 2005. He weighed 8 pounds and 8 ounces and was 22 inches long. His grandparents are Peter and Leanne Morris of Los Altos Hills, Calif., and Judy and John Muhlsteff of Charlotte, N.C.
