12:04 a.m. A welfare check was requested by an out-of-state father for a woman in the 400 block of Yampa Avenue. The woman was located and asked to contact her parents.
1:20 a.m. A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 2700 block of Village Drive. The man and four of his passengers also were ticketed for being minors in consumption of alcohol.
1:45 a.m. A computer was reported stolen from a residence in the 400 block of Yampa Street.
7:29 a.m. A man in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane called police to complain that a vehicle was parked in a no-parking area. The vehicle was ticketed.
7:36 a.m. A driver called to complain about a Suburban that passed on a double-yellow line on Willow Creek Pass. The police located the vehicle and warned the driver.
4:17 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
4:20 p.m. A man complained about a vehicle illegally parked in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane. A written warning was placed on the vehicle.
5:09 p.m. A juvenile reportedly shoplifted candy from a convenience store in Kamar Plaza. The reporting party said that after being questioned, the juvenile left in a Dodge Durango. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
6:09 p.m. Women complained that a man was taking photos of them and their residence in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane. The man reportedly was attempting to document code violations.
6:27 p.m. A person reported that a vehicle failed to stop for someone walking across a pedestrian right of way in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
7:43 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
10:19 p.m. A woman called to complain that a party in the 3200 block of AprÃs Ski Way caused all the parking spaces in the area to be taken. Shortly afterward, another person called to complain about noise coming from the same unit. Police investigated the party and ticketed two people for being minors in possession of alcohol.
10:54 p.m. A Dumpster fire was reported in the 2600 block of Jacob Circle. The fire was extinguished, and nothing was damaged.
11:30 p.m. A man in the 2700 block of Burgess Creek Road reported seeing large plumes of smoke in the sky and thought there was a nearby fire. He later called back to say the smoke was just clouds, which he figured out after seeing a star shining through them.
