Patrick Tolle: Is Ross qualified?

John Ross' criticism of Paul Krugman as only knowing enough to snipe at President Bush's plans for Social Security indicate only that Ross only knows enough about Krugman to snipe at him.
Krugman, an economics professor at Princeton, author of 20 books about economics, numerous articles and member of Ronald Reagan's Council of Economic advisers, seems more qualified to comment about such topics than Ross.
