Don Taylor of Steamboat Springs and Peggy Tobin of Port Ludlow, Wash., announce the engagement of their daughter, Marion Jean Taylor, to Bryan Alan Ayer, son of John and Patricia Ayer of Steamboat.
Taylor received a bachelor's of science in accounting from Western Washington University. She is an accountant in Steamboat.
Ayer received a bachelor's in communication from the University of Colorado. He works at Howelsen Hill for the city of Steamboat Springs.
The wedding is scheduled for June 24, 2006, at the Glen Eden Resort in Clark. Larry McCoy will officiate.
The couple will reside in Steamboat.
