9:06 a.m. A car near Medicine Springs Road and Village Drive reportedly lost one of its wheels and was stuck on the side of the road. The owner put on a spare tire before the car was towed.

9:18 a.m. A 22-year-old man near the Flattop Circle parking lot was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation.

9:33 a.m. A motorist near Pine Grove Road and Lincoln Avenue was given a courtesy ride. The driver's car had run out of gas.

9:44 a.m. A car near Mount Werner Road and Lincoln Avenue reportedly was buried in the ditch under snow. The car was towed.

9:58 a.m. A business owner in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue was concerned that a restaurant in the area wasn't enforcing the smoking ban, because people were being allowed to smoke too close to the building. Officers gave the business a written warning.

10:42 a.m. A 19-year-old woman in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue was arrested on a fugitive of justice warrant out of Douglas County.

10:53 a.m. A man reported losing his wallet.

11:30 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Pine Grove Road and Lincoln Avenue.

11:44 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:17 p.m. A dog reportedly was running loose in the 3100 block of Chinook Lane. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

1:36 p.m. A dog reportedly was running loose near 11th Street and Lincoln Avenue. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

1:58 p.m. A man in the 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue reported that an auto mechanic had driven his car into something and knocked off one of the car's doors. The man contacted police and was upset because the mechanic had not reported the accident.

3:06 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Eighth and Oak streets.

4:14 p.m. A car parked in an alley near Missouri Avenue and Spruce Street reportedly was blocking traffic for "locals." The car was gone when officers arrived.

5:10 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6 p.m. A bus driver reportedly was having a hard time making it up Bob Adams Drive because there were too many cars parked on the street. The cars were parked legally.

6:22 p.m. Five tractor-trailors in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue reportedly were parked in the left-hand turn lane but were not blocking traffic.

9:23 p.m. A woman near Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue reportedly locked herself out of her car. Officers helped her unlock it.
