Council may revisit issue

The City Council next week may revisit an ordinance approved Tuesday regulating real estate offices because a glitch in the city's computer system delayed delivery of 11 e-mails about the measure, City Clerk Julie Jordan said.

Oak Creek Town Board nulls codes

After looking at several municipal codes during its meeting Wednesday night, the Oak Creek Town Board decided to null a few of them, including codes prohibiting fortune telling and ice cream trucks and one requiring residents to wash their trash cans once a week.

Team finished well

From now on, the Steamboat Springs High School speech team will play with the big kids. The team had its final competition against small schools Saturday, when seven members traveled to Glenwood Springs for the Glenwood Demon Festival Meet.
