5:48 a.m. A car in the first block of 10th Street reportedly was left in an alley after becoming stuck in the snow. The car was towed.

6:52 a.m. A man in the 1200 block of Sparta Plaza reported a lost cell phone.

8:03 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident occurred in the 1900 block of Shield Drive.

8:17 a.m. A construction trailer in the 2900 block of Ridge Road was parked in the street and was blocking traffic. The trailer was red-tagged and moved by the time officers came to check on the vehicle a second time.

8:41 a.m. Two people in the 1100 block of Oak Street were arguing about "snow-plowing issues."

9:20 a.m. The windows of a Steamboat Springs Transit bus shelter near Whistler Road and Skyview Lane were reported broken. The vandalism is under investigation.

9:23 a.m. A woman in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle lost her ski pass and needed a police report to get a new one.

10 a.m. A dog reportedly bit a 50-year-old man on Lupine Drive. Officers cited the dog's owner.

11:08 a.m. A wallet was found in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

11:52 a.m. A person in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue called police to complain that hotel officials reportedly had not shoveled or plowed the snow.

12:10 p.m. A man in the 1100 block of Overlook Drive was accused of stealing his roommate's ski pass. Officers gave the man a citation.

2 p.m. A man in the 1400 block of Conestoga Circle reportedly lost his ski pass.

2:06 p.m. A Steamboat Springs Transit Dodge Durango reportedly hit a pit bull in the 1400 block of 13th Street. The dog suffered road rash but did not need to be taken to the veterinarian. Officers cited the dog's owner on suspicion of violating leash laws.

4:04 p.m. A snowplow truck in the 1000 block of Highpoint Drive reportedly hit a parked car. No injuries were reported, and a report was taken.

5:04 p.m. A student in the first block of Maple Street locked himself out of his car.

5:56 p.m. Four women riding a bus on Mount Werner Road reportedly were being loud and drinking alcohol out of plastic containers in the back of the bus.

6:43 p.m. A man in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue locked himself out of his car.

6:48 p.m. Neighbors in the 3000 block of Columbine Drive reportedly were arguing.

9:02 p.m. A red Dodge Dakota truck in the 1800 block of Christie Drive reportedly was parked in a no-parking zone. Officers told the owner to move it.

9:12 p.m. People in the 800 block of Fox Lane were concerned about a diabetic family member who was passed out and felt clammy. The man was not taken to the hospital.
