12:41 a.m. A noise complaint was made on Lincoln Avenue.
12:57 a.m. A noise complaint was made in the 700 block of Walton Pond Drive.
1:09 a.m. A noise complaint was made in the 100 block of Hemlock Court.
2:08 a.m. A suspected drunken driver was arrested on a westbound ramp to U.S. Highway 40.
9 a.m. An animal complaint was made in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
3:55 p.m. Someone reported that a man was washing his hands at the water treatment plant. When an officer went to investigate, he found the man was just panning for gold.
5:43 p.m. A sport utility vehicle passed several bikers on Rabbit Ears Pass and kicked up debris. The bikers followed the driver into town and surrounded the vehicle at the intersection of 13th Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police officers arrived on scene and mediated the argument.
6:17 p.m. Five cinderblocks were reported stolen on Loggers Lane.
6:30 p.m. A gas skip was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
8:46 p.m. A transient person was reported trying to start an argument with a band in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
9:42 p.m. A fight in progress was reported at the intersection of Sixth and Lincoln Avenue.
10:02 p.m. A noise complaint was made on Broad Street.
10:04 p.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 3400 block of Stone Lane.
10:44 p.m. A girl skateboarding in the middle of the road was hit by a passing motorcycle. The girl suffered minor injuries. The motorcyle fled the scene. Officers have not located the rider.
11:46 p.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 700 block of North Grand.
