Friday, Aug. 19

Midnight Loud music and screaming was reported in the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage.

12:43 a.m. A man and woman were reported arguing in the 3300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. The woman was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

12:55 a.m. Two men reportedly were fighting in the 800 block of Weiss Drive. Officers were unable to locate the men.

1:28 a.m. Loud fireworks were reported in the area of Chinook Lane. Officers were unable to locate the fireworks.

4:03 a.m. A business in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue was cited for not having bear-proof trash cans.

5:59 a.m. A one-vehicle accident was reported on Routt County Road 129. The driver suffered minor injuries.

8:19 a.m. A man was reported walking on Lincoln Avenue with blood all over his face and head. The man was walking to the pharmacy to get prescriptions after he reportedly crashed on his bike Thursday night and received stitches for the injuries. The man did not know his wounds had opened up. When officers went to check on the man, they realized there was a failure-to-appear warrant for his arrest out of Larimer County. He was arrested.

9:14 a.m. Officers in the 1300 block of Morgan Court picked up a loose dog that had been caught by a resident.

10:17 a.m. A 40-year-old man was taken to the hospital in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive for being disoriented and unresponsive.

10:54 a.m. A loose dog was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The owner picked up the dog.

12:40 p.m. A found backpack was turned in to officers in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.

2:37 p.m. Several bicyclists were cited for riding their bikes on the sidewalk in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:09 p.m. A person reportedly was locked out of a vehicle in the 38000 block of C.R. 53. Sheriff's deputies helped the driver.

9:04 p.m. An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle at the end of Heavenly View. The vehicle was occupied by a couple, and everything was fine.
