Capital Advisors has announced the expansion of Capital Mortgage Advisors with the hiring of three experienced mortgage professionals.
Holly Rogers has joined the organization as vice president and mortgage loan officer. Debbie Lawrence is a new mortgage loan originator, and Debby Beilhartz has been hired as a mortgage loan processor.
Rogers most recently was a loan originator with Vectra Bank Colorado. She has lived in Steamboat Springs since 1992 and is active with Steamboat Springs Rotary Club and Yampa Valley Breast Cancer Awareness.
Lawrence has been in the mortgage business for seven years, most recently with First National Bank of the Rockies. She has lived in Steamboat for 11 years.
Beilhartz is a Colorado native who moved to Steamboat with her family in 1998. She has been in the banking and mortgage industry since 1983.
Qdoba could be on Steamboat's horizon

Members of a company planning to open a Qdoba Mexican Grill in Central Park Plaza have applied for a liquor license with the city of Steamboat Springs.
Principals in Flavors West LLC, are David Lidvall of Lakewood, Mark Anderson of Lakewood, Scott Anderson of Anchorage, Alaska, and Paul Edstrom of Littleton.
They have indicated to the city clerk's office that they would like to be open for business by Oct. 1.
