1:08 a.m. A 16-year-old driver near Third and Oak streets received a citation for violating curfew.

1:11 a.m. A drunken man reportedly was waking down the hallway of a hotel in the 3200 block of Lincoln Avenue and buying a soda from the vending machine. The man reportedly did the same thing last week and was warned by employees that the hotel "was not a 7-Eleven." Officers took a report.

1:37 am. A man reported someone wandering around his backyard in the 3800 block of Whistler Road. The man reportedly began walking up a hill in the backyard. Officers were unable to locate the person.

2:38 a.m. A 36-year-old man in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue was taken to the hospital after he reportedly tried to commit suicide by slitting his wrists with a broken dinner plate. Mental health officials were contacted.

8:41 a.m. A dog reportedly was running at large on the Yampa River Core Trail near Fish Creek. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

10:37 a.m. A man reported a driver speeding down the alley going "at least 40 mph" between Seventh and Eighth streets. Officers were unable to locate the driver.

11:04 a.m. A 16-year-old boy in the 40 block of Maple Street was taken to the hospital after he suffered a head injury during football practice. The boy reportedly was losing his vision.

2:23 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported at Eighth Street and Lincoln Avenue after an RV reportedly hit another car, breaking one of its windows. Officers located the RV and took a report.

2:50 p.m. A woman from Kremmling reported her husband missing and thought he might be coming to Steamboat Springs. Law officers in Grand County were trying to locate the man and warned Steamboat officers to be on the lookout for him.

3:37 p.m. A man reported receiving four harassing phone calls from New York. The person on the other line reportedly said, "Love you, watch your back." A report was taken.

3:48 p.m. An elderly Oak Creek resident reportedly lost her balance while drinking a soda and hit her head in the 100 block of Main Street. An ambulance was called, but the woman refused to go to the hospital.

4:37 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

4:45 p.m. A woman reported a man violating a protection order in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive when she said she saw him at a store she was at. The man left immediately. Officers told the woman he did not violate the order because he left where she was.

6:32 p.m. A neighbor in the 1800 block of Bear Creek Drive reported someone putting out non-bear-proof trash containers a day before scheduled trash pick-up. Officers tried to contact the owners of the trash cans to issues them a summons.

8:24 p.m. Someone reported a loose dog in the 200 block of Locust Court. The caller said the dog always is running loose. Officers tried to catch the dog but could not. The owners of the dog were not home.

8:40 p.m. An argument between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of Second Street in Hayden.

8:56 p.m. A woman reported hearing loud barking and dirt bikes near Park Road and Knob Street. Officers warned and advised the residents.

10:12 p.m. A verbal argument between an employee and an employer was reported in the 1000 block of Walton Creek Road.

10:43 p.m. A car received a citation for parking in the handicap parking spot in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court.

11:43 p.m. A vehicle reportedly peeled out of a parking lot in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.
