1:18 a.m. A woman reported hearing her neighbor's dog barking for more than 30 minutes in the 200 block of Hill Street. The woman later said she heard glass breaking and a thump and thought she saw something fly out the window. Officers arrived and found that the dog had jumped through the window. A report was taken.
1:22 a.m. A loud party was reported in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. Officers were unable to locate the party.
7:04 a.m. A dog reportedly was running loose in the 300 block of Cherry Drive. Officers were unable to locate the dog.
8:59 a.m. Sheriff's deputies stopped by a ranch in the 26000 block of Henderson Park Road to check with the owners to see whether they had any concerns. The check was part of a county ranch watch program.
9:56 a.m. A bike worth $3,800 reportedly was stolen from a business in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. A report was taken.
11:37 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
11:47 a.m. A tenant and landlord reportedly were arguing in the 1800 block of Burgess Creek Road. Officers advised the landlord to talk to a manager about the argument.
11:49 a.m. A man reportedly was driving erratically near Lincoln Avenue and Anglers Drive. Officers stopped the man and gave him a verbal warning.
12:09 p.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested on a fugitive-of-justice warrant in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
12:51 p.m. Three dogs reportedly were running loose in traffic in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the animals.
4:31 p.m. A man in the 300 block of Sixth Street called the police department to see what he could do about a man who walks into his yard and lets his dog off the leash she is tied to. Officers advised the man and took a report.
6:40 p.m. Four teenage girls reportedly were throwing water balloons at cars in the 300 block of River Road. One balloon reportedly cracked a driver's windshield. Officers contacted the vehicle and advised the girls.
11:31 p.m. Loud fireworks were reported in the 3300 block of Covey Circle. Officers were unable to locate the fireworks.
11:52 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol near Weiss Drive and Lincoln Avenue.
