12: 25 a.m. A noise complaint about loud music was made on Riverside Drive.
2:48 a.m. A window on a bus shelter reportedly was broken by a rock in the 800 block of Weiss Circle.
3:02 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
8:57 a.m. A parent reported a teenager refusing to come home. A runaway report was filed.
9:53 a.m. Two dogs were loose in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. They were taken to the animal shelter.
11:34 a.m. An officer was requested at the police department to discuss a child custody case.
11:47 a.m. A dog was loose in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
12:48 p.m. An elderly man in an innertube was stuck in the Yampa River near Rotary Park. The current pushed him into the willows on the bank of the river. He got frustrated and sat on a rock until someone could help him.
2:39 p.m. A noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1200 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
3:32 p.m. A $5.33 gas skip was reported in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue after a customer attempted to pay at the pump with a credit card and the card was denied.
4:22 p.m. A burglar alarm sounded in the 2900 block of Trails Edge Road. It was a false alarm.
6:15 p.m. Harassing phone calls were reported in the 800 block of Yampa Street.
6:15 p.m. A motor vehicle accident occurred at Ninth and Yampa streets.
7:10 p.m. Children were warned about setting off fireworks after a noise complaint was made from the end of Willow Court.
11:54 p.m. Four highly intoxicated pedestrians were causing damage and being rude in the 700 block of Lincoln Ave.
