12:24 a.m. A man and woman were reported arguing in the 2000 block of Homestead Court.

1:48 a.m. Several drunken men reportedly were being loud and rowdy in the 700 block of Grand Street. The men reportedly left the area, and officers were unable to locate them.

6:30 a.m. A "scary looking" man with blood on his shirt was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers contacted the man, and he told them he had fallen down and cut his head. The man was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

10:04 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Pine Grove Road.

11:10 a.m. A dog reportedly was running loose in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue, and the dog was returned to his owner, along with a citation.

11:42 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 200 block of Anglers Drive. A person reportedly was yelling and swearing at someone. A report was taken.

12:09 p.m. A man reported his roommate stealing his pain medication and other items in the 1300 block of Skyview Lane.

12:29 p.m. A woman was reported living in her car with her cat in the area of Seventh and Oak streets and was asked to move along by officers.

12:31 p.m. A woman reported her $7,000 Segway scooter missing in the 100 block of Eleventh Street. A truck driver saw the scooter, and not wanting it to get stolen, put the scooter in his truck and took it to the police department. The woman later retrieved her scooter.

2:24 p.m. A small fire was reported in the 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue with a few flames and a lot of smoke. The fire was extinguished by firefighters.

2:29 p.m. A Craig man who reported having several tools stolen from Craig months ago reportedly found them at a pawnshop in the 100 block of Ninth Street. Police took a report and are investigating the situation.

2:38 p.m. A man reported his friends being tied up in his home by people in dark costumes selling hypnosis services in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers later found that the man who reported the incident did not live at the home and that there was no one at the home. Officers arrested the man who reported the incident on suspicion of having a concealed weapon.

3:56 p.m. A man reported his neighbor leaving a mattress and a box spring outside against the house for several weeks and said his neighbor put out non-bear-proof trash cans. Officers were unable to contact the neighbor.

5:31 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:50 p.m. A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

7:26 p.m. A dog reportedly was running in traffic near Fourth and Pine streets. The dog later was returned to its owner, along with a written warning.

8:44 p.m. A woman reported being threatened by another woman in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive after the woman allegedly pulled her out of a store trying to fight.

10:09 p.m. A man reported the driver of a car in front of him acting strangely in the 900 block of Central Park Drive. The man reportedly saw a passenger hanging out one of the car windows and pointing a bow and arrow at him. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
