1:09 a.m. A 19-year-old man was arrested in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive on suspicion of drunken driving.

1:10 a.m. A 20-year-old woman was arrested in the 1100 block of Saratoga Drive after police suspected she gave them a false name. The woman also was ticketed for being a minor possessing alcohol.

7:42 a.m. A report was made that a vehicle was parked in the wrong direction on Maple Street. The vehicle was ticketed.

12:20 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of forging a doctor's signature to obtain painkillers at the City Market pharmacy.

2:39 p.m. A welfare check was requested for a man in the 100 block of Spruce Street. The reporting party didn't think the man had been home for several days.

4:18 p.m. A man reported that a boat parked in the 3900 block of Meadow Lane could be a traffic hazard.

5:22 p.m. A white Ford van was reported swerving heading east on U.S. Highway 40 and near Mount Werner Road.

6:10 p.m. A white SUV was reported swerving heading east on U.S. 40.

9:17 p.m. A woman in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive reported her vehicle stolen. She later discovered that the vehicle had rolled down a nearby embankment. The car stopped in a ditch.

11:50 p.m. The owner of the tow truck that pulled the woman's car out of the ditch reported that his own tow truck rolled down an embankment at his home in the 3300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. The truck sustained extensive damage.
