Bailey joins staff at Coldwell Banker
Coldwell Banker Silver Oak Ltd. has announced that Rebecca Bailey has joined its staff of agents.
Bailey has been a Routt County resident since 1999. Her background includes seven years as a mortgage broker and several years in corporate finance. Bailey is a graduate of Denver's Regis University.

Kids' Adventure Club offers early registration
The Steamboat Kids' Adventure Club is preparing for this summer with free early registration through May 16. Enroll now and secure a summer of activities and adventures under the direction of Matt Patterson, KAC director, and Melissa Calhoon, KAC assistant director.
Bringing 14 years of combined experience to the KAC, Patterson and Calhoon will oversee KAC this summer. Both have worked with a number of children in outdoor camp settings across the nation. Patterson has directed camps since 1999 and holds a degree in education with an emphasis on outdoor recreation from the University of Georgia. Calhoon has worked in an outdoor camp setting for more than eight years. She works at Steamboat Springs Middle School as a mentor for AmeriCorps.
KAC offers activities for children ages 3 to 12.
The KAC summer staff is certified in first aid and CPR, lifeguarding and medical administration. The club operates from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays from June 13 to Aug. 26, and it will accept children as early as 7:30 a.m. and care for them until 5:30 p.m. The single-day rate is $50 per child and the rate for three days or more is $47 per day per child. A 10-day pass is available for $42 a day for Yampa Campers and Routt Scouts, and $44 a day for Mini-Campers. Lunch is available for an additional $7.50 or families can provide a bag lunch.
