12:47 a.m. A 34-year-old man was arrested in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue on suspicion of damaging a door into a bar. The man reportedly was upset that he was not allowed into the bar.
7:04 a.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 2600 block of Downhill Drive.
11:43 a.m. A dispute between two tow truck companies was reported in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
11:56 a.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 400 block of Anglers Drive.
12:22 p.m. A 26-year-old man was arrested near U.S. Highway 40 and Hilltop Parkway on suspicion of driving without a valid driver's license.
1:50 p.m. Four or five juveniles reportedly were hanging out and smoking in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
3:03 p.m. A 25-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license near Oak and 10th streets.
10:35 p.m. Two intoxicated men were reported sitting outside a restaurant on Eighth Street. One of the men had to be taken to the hospital because he was having an adverse reaction to his medication. The other man was given a ride home.
