12:10 a.m. Steamboat Springs police assisted a motorist with a flat tire near Seventh and Oak streets.
12:51 a.m. A 29-year-old woman was arrested in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
1:03 a.m. A juvenile situation was reported at Steamboat Springs High School.
2:23 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:24 p.m. A man reported that a driver who hit his fence and damaged his trees in July in the 400 block of River Road has failed to pay him for the damage.
4:33 p.m. A woman who was involved in a two-vehicle accident in Dream Island Plaza reported the other driver had failed to pay for damages.
7:05 p.m. A neighbor complained about noise coming from a business in the 1100 block of 13th Street.
11:32 p.m. A report was made that shots were fired on Ski Trail Lane.
