9:40 a.m. Vandalism was reported at the rifle range on U.S. Highway 40. A gate at the entrance to the range was bent. Officers investigated and suspected the gate was bent by someone backing into it.
10:12 a.m. A delivery truck hit a low-hanging branch in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:05 p.m. Juveniles reportedly were loitering in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers asked the people to move along.
1:33 p.m. Theft of cable services was reported in the 3700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The reporting party came home to find the television not working. The person checked outside and saw the cable had been cut and was now going into a neighboring window.
1:35 p.m. Graffiti was reported in a dugout at the Howelsen ball fields.
3:23 p.m. Trespass and theft were reported in the 1300 block of 13th Street. A student whose car had been towed from Colorado Mountain College reportedly went to the tow yard, saw the car and took it without authorization or paying for it. The matter has been turned over to the towing company and school to resolve with the student.
5:19 p.m. Harassing phone calls were reported in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road.
5:19 p.m. A noninjury accident was reported when a bus hit a skateboard with nobody on it in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.
5:22 p.m. A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported near mile marker 60 on Colorado Highway 131. The driver, who was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries, was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving without proof of insurance.
5:43 p.m. Theft of a cellular phone was reported in the 37000 block of Routt County Road 14.
6:23 p.m. Someone dialed 911 for a nonemergency call.
7:12 p.m. A skateboarder was reported going down Walton Creek Road, weaving in and out of traffic and making obscene gestures at drivers. Police could not locate the person.
11:18 p.m. An officer was requested for a domestic violence situation on Cypress Court. A man reportedly was knocking on the reporting party's door. The man was gone when police arrived.
