12:19 a.m. Noxious fumes were reported coming from a fast-food restaurant in the 600 block of Snapdragon Way. The fumes were from a carbon dioxide leak. No one was injured by or treated for inhaling the fumes.

2:08 a.m. An 18-year-old woman in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza was taken to the hospital for alcohol poisoning and given a citation for consuming alcohol as a minor.

9:37 a.m. A $600 earring was reported stolen from a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

12:22 p.m. A man requested a welfare check for his wife, who was in the 400 block of Fairview Drive. Steamboat Springs police went to the residence and found no vehicle and no one there. The woman later contacted police and said everything was OK.

12:26 p.m. A complaint was made about loud neighbors at Fish Creek Falls condominiums.

12:52 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Village Drive and Walton Creek Road.

1:42 p.m. A man reported that three men were harassing him in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane. The reporting party had complained to the property management company about the men, and they were evicted.

3:12 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

3:16 p.m. A welfare check was requested in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue for a family that was evicted from its home and staying in a hotel.

5:05 p.m. Extra patrol was requested on River Road, where complaints have been made about speed and excessive use by trucks.

5:32 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:42 p.m. A dirty needle reportedly was found near a trash bin in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police investigated and did not find a needle.

7:13 p.m. A lost cat was reported in the 400 block of Seventh Street.

9:10 p.m. A search was requested for a 72-year-old man lost in the Dunckley Pass area.

9:32 p.m. A woman, who argued with her husband in the 1400 block of Athens Plaza, called police because she reportedly was afraid for her safety. The police checked on her, and she was OK.

9:46 p.m. A man reportedly drove his vehicle off the road and into fence posts near Steamboat Boulevard and Central Park Plaza. The 24-year-old was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

10:50 p.m. A noise complaint was made near Hilltop Parkway and Tamarack Drive.

11:40 p.m. A request was made for the police to check on equipment at a building in the 1500 block of Mid Valley Drive to make sure it had not been damaged.
