1:03 a.m. A complaint was made of loud music and talking at a unit in Hillside Apartments.

4:37 a.m. A fire was reported at the Riverbend Roadhouse west of Steamboat Springs along U.S. Highway 40. The building was heavily damaged by fire, but 10 occupants inside the building were able to get out and were not injured.

7:42 a.m. A forklift and pickup reportedly collided along Village Drive. No one was injured.

8:37 a.m. A truck with a bunch of belongings and a dirty hand sticking out was reported in a parking lot in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. Steamboat Springs police investigated and discovered the hand belonged to a mannequin.

8:43 a.m. Extra patrol was requested on River Road. Residents have complained about high speeds and excessive use of the road by truckers.

11:52 a.m. A report was made that $875 was take from a safe in a restaurant in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. The police have a suspect.

1:43 p.m. A chainsaw and drill were reported stolen in the 2000 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:01 p.m. Extra patrol was requested on River Road. 5:18 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in the 400 block of Seventh Street.

5:53 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported on Anglers Drive.

6:22 p.m. A vehicle hit a bicyclist near Pine Grove Road and Central Park Drive. The bicyclist sustained minor injuries.

9:36 p.m. A man was arrested in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue on charges of violating a restraining order and probation.

10:51 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.

11:05 p.m. A vehicle complaint about a bad driver was made in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

11:22 p.m. A loud party was reported in the 500 block of Buena Vista Court. The residents were given a warning.
