12:55 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Val d'Isere Circle.

1:14 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported on County Road 33. The vehicle was ticketed.

1:55 a.m. A traffic stop was made on Old Fish Creek Falls Road. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

2:37 a.m. A gas leak was reported in the 1100 block of Yampa Avenue.

5:02 a.m. A noise complaint was made in the 3100 block of Columbine Drive.

5:46 a.m. A burglar alarm sounded in the 600 block of Meadowbrook Circle.

8:06 a.m. A bank alarm sounded in the 300 block of Lincoln Ave.

9:01 a.m. A window was shot out in a vehicle in the 200 block of Pine St.

9:38 a.m. Vandalism was reported at the intersection of Apres Ski Way and Walton Creek Road. A report was taken. A window had been shot out of a bus shelter. Police are investigating.

9:51 a.m. A bank alarm sounded in the 2200 block of Curve Plaza.

9:57 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported on Mount Werner Road on the entrance ramp to Highway 40. Incident occured at 2:30 a.m. when person from one vehicle threw something at another vehicle and broke the window. Report was made later.

10:56 a.m. A noise complaint was made in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle.

12:07 p.m. A lime green kayak was reported stolen in the 2600 block of Alpenglow. Thief reportedly came back for a second kayak but was scared away by the owner.

1:39 p.m. A theft was reported in the 900 block of Weiss Drive.

2:43 p.m. A burglary was reported in progress in the 2400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Man was clearing belongings from a home from which he had been evicted.

3:48 p.m. A dog bite complaint was made in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Animal control officer responded.

9:57 p.m. An arrest was made in the 100 block of 11th Street for violation of a bond agreement.
