School Board meets at 6 p.m. Monday
The Steamboat Springs School Board meets at 6 p.m. Monday in the George Sauer Human Services Center on Seventh Street.
Hayden School Board meets at 7 Wednesday
The Hayden School Board meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Hayden High School's video conference room.
Soroco High School's homecoming kicks off
Soroco High School's homecoming week begins Tuesday with a T-shirt-signing day for students and a powder puff football game at 6 p.m. A bonfire will be at 7:30 p.m.
A chili cook-off is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the high school's commons area. Friday is school spirit day, with a spirit march and pep assembly during the school day. The homecoming football game against Paonia is at 7:30 p.m. Homecoming royalty will be crowned at halftime.
The homecoming dance is from 9 p.m. to midnight Saturday. A 1 p.m. volleyball game preceeds the dance.
