1:51 a.m. A young man reportedly drove his Land Rover about 30 yards off the road at AprÃs Ski Way. He hit an aspen tree and fled the scene. The man later turned himself in to the police and was charged with reckless driving and not notifying police of an accident.

8:06 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported at the Steamboat Springs High School.

8:42 a.m. A vehicle that was left running without the parking brake on reportedly rolled down a hill and hit a parked vehicle in the 300 block of Anglers Drive.

3:54 p.m. A $5 gas skip was reported in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

4:18 p.m. Juveniles were reported loitering in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The police asked them to move along.

5:40 p.m. Juveniles were reported loitering in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The police asked them to move along.

6:10 p.m. Young children were reported playing on gates in the 2900 block of Riverside Plaza. The children were gone when police arrived.

6:46 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported on Columbine Drive.

8:30 p.m. A hit-and-run, noninjury accident was reported in Ski Time Square.

10:24 p.m. Five 16- and 17-year-old juveniles were given tickets for being minors in possession of alcohol at a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue. One of the juveniles was reported as a runaway from Washington and will be transported back to his home.
