Tuesday, Nov. 9

Noon A man who reportedly was fighting with his wife in Hayden made a suicidal comment via the phone that concerned his daughter. Officers checked on the man and found him to be OK.

Friday, Nov. 12

11:01 p.m. An 18-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 800 block of West Jefferson Avenue.

Saturday, Nov. 13

8:42 a.m. A man in the 800 block of West Jefferson Avenue complained that officers trespassed on his mother's property during an arrest the previous night.

9:26 a.m. A Rottweiler and a white German shepherd reportedly attacked and killed two pigs in Hayden. Officers impounded the dogs, and their owner was cited for having vicious dogs.

7:20 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the Hayden High School parking lot. It turned out to be students looking for car keys.

Sunday, Nov. 14

12:11 a.m. Someone reportedly stuck a bumper sticker on the windshield of a patrol car in the 1000 block of West Jefferson Avenue.

2:50 a.m. A verbal argument was reported between a brother and sister near the high school. The argument was resolved.

Monday, Nov. 15

9:05 a.m. A woman reportedly tried calling her husband's cell phone but called the wrong number and told the man who answered that her daughter had been kidnapped. The man contacted police, who discovered the daughter had gotten on the school bus and had gone to school. An ambulance was requested for the woman, who reportedly was intoxicated, but she refused it.
