Realtor Shenfield joins Colorado Group Realty

Colorado Group Realty has announced that Joan Shenfield has joined the company. She has been active in the real estate community in the Yampa Valley for the past 10 years.

Shenfield, who was born on a cattle ranch, has especially enjoyed her involvement with the sensitive development of rural properties. Her participation in the Creek Ranch land preservation subdivision included the development and marketing of the project.

"I feel strongly that a commitment to the preservation and enhancement of open spaces and riparian and wildlife habitats along with the continuation of our ranching heritage is extremely vital to our valley," Shenfield said.

Colorado Group Realty offers Realtors a "whole ownership" structure in which they collectively own the company.
