7:36 a.m. A driver reportedly refused to let another car pass on U.S. Highway 40 near milepost 102, almost causing a head-on collision. The situation is under investigation.

7:55 a.m. A small black dog reportedly was loose in the road near Pine and Aspen streets. Officers were unable to locate the dog.

9:34 a.m. A person was cited for disorderly conduct in the 40 block of East Maple Street.

11:13 a.m. One of two loose rottweilers loose in the 2500 block of Melrose Lane reportedly scratched the hand of a resident in the area. The dogs' owner was warned.

2:43 p.m. Someone reportedly was using a credit card fraudulently in the 1900 block of Pine Grove Road. Officers tried to contact the credit card owner but were unsuccessful.

3:01 p.m. Three juveniles reportedly were throwing snowballs at cars in Steamboat. Officers were unable to find the juveniles.

3:13 p.m. There was a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road in the 29000 block of Elk View Drive.

8:01 p.m. A person was reported missing from the 300 block of Vista Verde Drive in Hayden.

10:42 p.m. A security guard reportedly was pushed while chasing six people who lit fireworks in Ski Time Square. Officers were unable to locate the people.
