May 28, 2004

6:32 a.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting her boyfriend in the 1700 block of Burgess Creek Road.

11:07 a.m. A two-car motor vehicle accident was reported in the 300 block of Fourth Street. There were no injuries.

11:23 a.m. A 3-year-old girl was reported walking a dog unattended by an adult near the intersection of McKinley and Hanover streets. Upon arrival, officers could not locate the girl.

3:41 p.m. A bicycle reportedly was stolen from Soda Creek Elementary School in the 600 block of Park Avenue.

4:14 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in which a man received a shipment of computers he said he didn't order. The computers were addressed to foreign countries. Officers have contacted the FBI concerning the case.

9:53 p.m. A man reported that his car was stolen in the 2000 block of Whistler Road. Fifteen minutes later, he called back saying he found the car and had simply forgotten where he had parked it.

10:20 p.m. A juvenile on a bike collided with a car at Soda Creek Elementary in the 600 block of Park Avenue. The car was damaged, but there were no injuries.

10:47 p.m. A noise complaint was reported for a party in the 2000 block of Apres Ski Way. Officers issued a warning. A half-hour later, officers were called back to the party where they issued citations for noise and for two minors in possession of alcohol.
