7:50 a.m. A driver reported being almost run off the road by a blue-and-white pickup on Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 52.

8:11 a.m. A driver's windshield was damaged when a construction truck lost some of its load going around a corner on Yellow Jacket Pass. The truck driver was given a citation.

8:25 a.m. The Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel and Conference Center, in the 2000 block of Mount Werner Circle, reported the theft of a framed photo valued at $400.

11:58 a.m. A man reported receiving harassing phone calls from a juvenile.

12:40 p.m. After stopping him for a traffic violation, officers arrested a man near Amethyst Drive and Maple Street for failure to appear in court on a municipal charge.

1:35 p.m. A man who had a warrant out for his arrest turned himself in to police.

1:45 p.m. Mazzola's Italian Restaurant and Lounge, in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue, reported receiving a counterfeit bill. Officers have turned the case over to the Secret Service.

1:52 p.m. Mister Money in the 100 block of Ninth Street reported that it may have received stolen merchandise.

4:14 p.m. An attempted break-in was reported at a medical office in the 900 block of Central Park Drive. The building's door and hinges were tampered with.

5:18 p.m. A vehicle was parked in a prohibited area in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane. Officers issued a warning, and the driver moved the vehicle.

10:50 p.m. Officers increased patrol in the 1700 block of Shield Drive because of recent burglaries in the area.

11:33 p.m. Officers discovered an open door at Yampa Valley Funeral Home, in the 2000 block of Curve Court. The owner was called and locked it.
