May is National Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month. Teen pregnancy can have dire consequences to teen mothers and fathers.
It is never too early to start talking to your children about sex. Answer your child's questions honestly as they come, and remember to use correct terminology.
If you are waiting for "the talk" to occur when they are older, you may be too late. A key to preventing teen pregnancy is open and honest communication between parents and their sons and daughters.
