Steamboat Springs The Colorado State Patrol arrested a 54-year-old Wyoming man in connection with the theft of a truck and other charges after the man was stopped on suspicion of speeding on Rabbit Ears Pass, the State Patrol reported.
Wallace Gordon Wright of Rock Springs, Wyo., was arrested Friday night and charged with second-degree motor vehicle theft, driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI per se, parole violation, speeding, driving without a license and no proof of insurance.
