12:06 a.m. A noise complaint was made about a loud party on Hemlock Court. Police asked the people to quiet down.

12:41 a.m. An off-duty police officer overheard of couple of young men talking about a lighted tequila sign they had stolen from a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue while they were still in the bar. The officer called dispatch and police located the men, issuing tickets to them for theft.

1:22 a.m. A vehicle complaint was made on Meadow Lane about a car that went into a ditch. The car was towed, and police gave two people a ride home.

1:55 a.m. A disturbance was reported on Logan Street when two roommates were overheard fighting. Police discovered that some windows were broken in the fight, though no one was injured. No charges were filed.

8:05 a.m. Police assisted a stranded motorist at the corner of Athens Plaza and Whistler Road. The car was moved out of the way.

1:33 p.m. A person called police to complain that a sidewalk at the corner of Seventh and Oak streets was icy and dangerous.

2:47 p.m. A visitor reported $1,900 stolen from his unit in Ski Trails Condominiums. Police are investigating the situation.

4 p.m. A Nokia cell phone and $37 in cash were reported stolen out of a purse in an employee locker at Safeway.

4:12 p.m. Police recognized a runaway juvenile on the Yampa River Core Trail near the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue and apprehended the boy. He was turned over to social services.

5:21 p.m. Police assisted an ambulance responding to an unconscious but breathing person at Whitehaven Trailer Park.

7:35 p.m. Police arrested two men on Weiss Drive. One was arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, violating a restraining order, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana. The other arrest was a 20-year-old charged with minor in possession of alcohol.

9:23 p.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported on Mount Werner Circle.

11:10 p.m. Police made a warrant arrest on Meadow Lane for check fraud.
