In all my years in the service, I have never seen a community come together the way the Steamboat area has. Your prayers and gifts are more than greatly appreciated. Thank you for making my platoon's Christmas a happy one. We have been away from home for so long. We thought we had been forgotten. Thank you for caring enough to remember.
When I feel lonely, all I have to do is look to the night sky and think of home, a place where people love their country as much as I do. God bless you all, and God bless America.
